Indian Butter Chicken Is The Most Favorite Dishes


India has a lot of cuisines which range from very spicy and vegetarian to non-vegetarian. Some of the most common non-vegetarian recipes include meals made from chicken such as butter chicken, chicken korma, coconut curry chicken, chicken pakora, and chicken tikka masala among others. Fish recipes include fish moilee, Indian fish curry, patrani macchi, sarsoon macchi, Bengali chicken and deep fried fish among others as well. Below are the recipes for two of India's most favorite dishes, the Indian Butter Chicken and Fish Pakora:

Indian Butter Chicken
The Indian Butter Chicken recipe include 2 ounces or an equivalent 50 grams of ground almonds, ¼ pint or 150 ml of natural yoghurt, to spice it up 1 ½ tablespoon of chili powder is neded too, ¼ tablespoon of crushed bay leaves, another ¼ tablespoon of ground cloves and ground cinnamon. 1 tablespoon of garam masala is also needed to spice the chicken up, 1 tablespoon of ginger pulp, 4 green cardamom pods, 1 table spoon of garlic pulp, 400 grams or 14 ounces of can tomatoes, 1 and ¼ tablespoons of salt, 3 ounces of butter, another table spoon of corn oil, medium sliced onions, two of them, 2 tablespoons of fresh coriander which is chopped, 4 tablespoons of cream and finally the main ingredient, 1 kilogram of chicken which is equivalent to 2 pounds of chicken too. The chicken should be skinned, boned and curbed.

The preparation of the Indian Butter chicken is also very simple and fast as well. One needs to begin by blending together all dried spices which include tomatoes, ginger, garlic and salt. Ground almonds and yoghurt should be added into the mixture as well and mixed very well together. The next step is covering the chicken with this mixture and to do that well, one should place the chicken in whole in a big bowl and pour the blended mixture over the chicken to cover it completely. After doing this, the chicken should be placed aside and the oil and butter melt together in a frying pan. After they melt well, add the sliced onions and fry them for about 3 minutes and add the chicken mixture into the fried onions. Keep stirring for the chicken not to stick to the pan for about 7-10 minutes. Pour half of the coriander over and stir well and the cream as well. Keep stirring and bring the meal to boil. Use the remaining coriander to garnish the chicken and make it curry. After this process, the meal is ready it can be served as pleased.

Fish Pakora
Fish Pakora is another non vegetarian dish that is popular among the Indians. The ingredients include 4 white fish fillets that are sliced and cut into small pieces, a pinch of salt, 2 eggs, another pinch of red chili powder, 2 tablespoons of corn flour and lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves and oil for deep frying the fish fillets. This meal is prepared by first beating the eggs into a bowl, add salt, chili powder. Lemon juice and coriander leaves. It should be mixed well and corn flour added to make smooth batter. In the mat time, the oil is preheated into the frying pan each fish fillet is dipped into the batter and fried in batches until they are crisp. The meal can be served hot together with ketchup or chutney.
